When using high-speed mixers, maintenance procedures should be established. In addition to following general equipment maintenance rules, the following items should also be noted:

② Pay attention to the normal start-up of the equipment before adding materials for mixing. The materials should be slowly added in the required order.

③ Prepare sealing rings, rubber rings for couplings, V-belts, and rolling bearings. The working parts of these components are prone to malfunctions and should be replaced promptly if necessary.

④ Regularly (usually in the first quarter) inspect all fasteners for looseness; Check the tightness of the V-belt installation; Each part of the equipment should be cleaned, cleaned, and dusted.

Mixer maintenance can generally be carried out once a year. Pay attention to the following points:

① The clearance between the inspection and repair of the mixing paddle, scraper, and the mixing chamber wall should meet the requirements of the following table.

② Disassemble each rolling bearing, clean and inspect it; Replace severely worn parts. Replace the lubricating grease and sealing ring.

③ Check if the main transmission shaft is bent or worn.

④ Check and clean the cylinder, replace the sealing ring and guide sleeve vulnerable parts, and inspect the piston rod for bending, deformation, and wear.

⑤ After the inspection of the main parts, make records, test if necessary, prepare the parts and accessories, and propose the next repair and replacement.
